A nice little spin on the bike from ynyslas, down to Borth and along the Leri then around the bo and off to Talybont woods. Played around on some of the trails in Talybont Woods then headed along the bridleway towards Llandre. Across the bridge, into Riverside campsite which is in a little valley that I'd never been on before. Then back through Dolybont, back down to and along the Leri and back home.

Nothing too technical and quite a bit on the road so average speed was kept relatively high.
